We understand that you take pride in your vehicle. It is traditionally one of our top five biggest investments, and we can understand you may have many questions. Therefore, we have broken down some of those questions to help you with the Paintless Dent Removal process.


Q: "Can all dents be repaired?"

A: As long as the dent has affected a metal or aluminum panel on your vehicle, 95% of all damages are repairable with Paintless Dent Removal process.


Q : "How large of a dent can be repaired?"

A: As long as the Paintless Dent Removal technician can access the back of the panel, the damage does not affect the edge of the panel, and there is no sign of paint damage... 95% of all damages are repairable with Paintless Dent Removal.


Q: "What happens when the Paintless Dent Removal technician cannot access the damage?

A: The Paintless Dent Removal process has another option when we cannot access the back of the panel. It's called "Glue Pulling." The "Glue Pulling" process is usually used for Hail Damage repairs, but can also be used for other areas of limited access on the vehicle. Q: "So what happens when the damage has affected the edge of the panel or there is signs of paint damage?

A: Unfortunately, the Paintless Dent Removal has its limitations, and if you should have damages that has affected the edge of the panel and/or cause paint damage, then you will need to visit your local traditional Body Shop for your repair options. We sugggest you visit your vehicle's make Service Department to assure you're getting the job completed by a Body Shop that has extensive experience with your make and model, and if any issues should arise, it also helps that you have your Service Deparment for guidance.


Q: "My dent is on my bumper. Can this dent be fixed with the Paintless Dent Removal process?"

A: Unfortunately, we do not specialize in bumper repairs. Almost 98% of all bumpers are some sort of plastic, and we do not repair plastic panels.


Q: "I have a scratch that I need repaired. "

A: Unfortunately, we do not specialize in scratch repair. However, if you have dent with "minor surface scratches", we can possilbly buff or compound some of the damage. Just as long as the paint to the panel has not been damaged.

Q: "Is the completed Paintless Dent Removal repair guaranteed?"

A: Our Paintless Dent Removal repair is 100% guaranteed. The outcome of the repair is discussed prior to beginning the repair. Any forseeable issues will be discussed and reviewed, and based on that assessment, we guarantee the repair.


Q: "I would like to schedule a repair, do I need to bring my vehcile in or do you provide mobile serivce?"

A: Repairs can be completed at your home, office, or (owner approved) location of choice. 95% of our service is mobile. You may also drop your car off a one of our affiliate locations. However, this option is rarely used due to the convienence and the demand for our mobile service. Pleaes keep in mind our affiliate locations are by appointment only, so technicians may not be on-site during non-scheduled appointments.


Q: "How do I schedule my repair?"

A: Repairs can be schedule by calling our office at 800.989.4338 or filling out our on-line request form.

Please provide your name and best contact email or number with the photograph(s). If possible, please provide at least two to three photos from different angles. One of the photos should be at least three to five feet away from the area of the damage. The reason for the distance is to determine access to the panel.


Q: "I have now scheduled my appointment. What happens the now?"

A: An Office Management Team member will email or text you a confirmation of the appointment. Then on the day before and the morning of, they will contact you via phone, text, or email to confirm the appointment. Just so that your not waiting all day for a repair, they will provide you with a 3 hour window for the time of arrival. The Paintless Dent Removal technician will also give you a call approximately 30-40 minutes prior to arrival.

Q: "What will happen upon the arrival of the Paintless Dent Removal technician?"

A: The Paintless Dent Removal technician will proceed to futher assess the damage. They will determine if the initial price range provided for the repair was accurate. They will look for access points for the repair, provide you with the final assessment, and upon your approval, proceed with the repair.

Q: "How long does a traditional repair take?"

A: Traditional "door-dings" can be completed within 30-60mins, larger repairs and glue-pulling process within 2 hours, and hail damage repairs within 24-48 hours.


Q: "What happens when the Paintless Dent Removal technician is completed with the repair?"

A: Upon completion, the Paintless Dent Removal technician will go over the repair, making sure that all the final details are explained and review. Invoice is provided and then the payment of the repair is processed. Payments for the repair is not made until you're completly satisfied with the repair.


Q: "How can I pay for the repair?"

A: Upon completion of the repair, payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. We currently use the mobile SQUARE payment system to process all credit card payments.
